If there's one channel that's the whole reason you're subscribing — a regional sports network, a particular international station — message us with the name before you pay. We'll tell you honestly whether it's carried in your market. A subscription missing the one channel you wanted helps neither of us, and it's the most avoidable refund request there is.
Lineups shift, and that's normal
Channel availability isn't static at any provider. Feeds move between servers, get added, and occasionally drop. We add new channels through the year and they land on your account automatically — no new credentials, no upgrade fee. But we can't promise any single channel will be there for twelve months straight, and any provider who does is telling you what you want to hear.
Regional sports is where packages usually fail
National packages carry the marquee fixtures.
