What we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell customer data and we don't store card numbers.

Information you give us: your email address, used to deliver credentials and account notices; your WhatsApp number, if you contact us that way; your city or region, used to map your account to the correct local channel market; the content of messages you send us, including screenshots; and device information you tell us about when we help with setup.
Collected automatically: IP address and approximate region, used to route your streams and detect account sharing; connection and session records — when a stream started and stopped, and how many ran concurrently — used to enforce your plan's stream limit and diagnose faults; and standard web server logs for the website.
What we do not collect: we do not receive or store card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Payments are processed by third parties and we see only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
To provide the service — delivering credentials, mapping your local channels, applying your plan's stream limit. To support you — diagnosing faults, which is far quicker when we can see recent session records. To protect the service — detecting credential sharing outside a household and unauthorised resale. And to meet legal obligations, where the law requires transaction records to be retained.
We do not build advertising or marketing profiles, and we don't use your data to target you with ads anywhere.
The website uses cookies necessary for it to function, and may use analytics to understand which pages people visit and where visitors arrive from. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Only parties who need it to deliver the service: payment processors, who handle your transaction and hold their own card data; hosting and infrastructure providers, who operate the servers this site and the service run on; messaging platforms, where you choose to contact us through them — messages sent over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms; and legal authorities, where we are required by valid legal process.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.
Account and contact details for the life of your subscription and a limited period afterwards, so renewals and support history remain available. Session and connection records for a short rolling window, sufficient for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Transaction records as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Support messages while relevant to your account.
When data is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, we delete or anonymise it.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate information; ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, contact [PRIVACY-EMAIL]. We may need to verify your identity first, and we aim to respond within 30 days.
We use encrypted connections for the website and for credential delivery, restrict internal access to customer data to those who need it, and minimise what we retain in the first place.
No system is perfectly secure and we can't guarantee absolute security. You can help by not sharing your credentials outside your household — most account compromises we see are the result of credentials being passed around.
Our infrastructure and service providers may be located in countries other than yours. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistently with this policy.
Our service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page. Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your data, go to [PRIVACY-EMAIL]. For anything else use our contact page.
