Terms
of Service

The agreement between you and us: what you get, what we expect, and what happens when something goes wrong. Please read it before subscribing.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at iptvsmartersprosubscription.ca and the subscription service provided through it. By subscribing or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes are reflected in the date at the top of this page.

2. What the service is

We provide access credentials that allow compatible third-party media player applications to connect to streaming servers. We do not develop, sell or license IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or any other player, we do not supply hardware, and we do not host or store video files ourselves.

Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those credentials for the term purchased, for private use within a single household.

3. Your account and credentials

Your credentials are personal to you and your household — do not publish, resell, share or distribute them. You are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity carried out with them. You may install them on as many of your own devices as you wish: your plan limits concurrent streams, not installations. Attempting to exceed your stream limit does not incur a charge; the additional device simply will not start. Tell us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, redistribute or sublicense access, or offer it as part of another service; share credentials outside your household, including with people at other addresses; use the service for public performance in bars, restaurants, hotels, offices or any commercial premises; record, copy, rebroadcast or make available any content accessed through the service; attempt to circumvent stream limits, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation; or use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of laws applicable where you are.

Breach of this section may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Household use and sharing

Subscriptions are for one household. We use connection records — including IP address and concurrency — to detect credentials being used across multiple locations.

Note that simultaneous connections from widely separated locations may trigger automated security checks, which interrupt playback for everyone on the account. That's a practical reason to keep to one household as well as a contractual one.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability and maintain redundant infrastructure, but we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, network conditions or events beyond our control.

Streaming quality depends significantly on factors we do not control: your internet speed, your Wi-Fi, your router, your device, and your ISP's routing and traffic management. We provide guidance on all of these in our setup guides and our support team will help you diagnose problems.

7. Channel lineups

Channel availability varies by region and changes over time. Channels may be added or removed during your subscription term, and we cannot guarantee that any specific channel will remain available for the whole term.

If a particular channel is your main reason for subscribing, ask us to confirm availability before you order. We will tell you honestly whether it is carried in your market.

8. Payment and term

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the term selected. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price at the time of purchase applies to that term. There is no auto-renewal and we do not store payment details — at the end of your term the service stops unless you place a new order. Upgrades are handled as credit against the unused portion of your current term; see the Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase where the service cannot be made to work on your device and our support team is unable to resolve it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without refund where you breach these terms, particularly for resale, credential sharing outside your household, commercial or public-performance use, or attempts to circumvent technical limits.

You may stop using the service at any time. As there is no auto-renewal, no cancellation step is required — simply do not renew.

11. Intellectual property

Channel names, network logos, programme titles, application names, trademarks and product names referenced on this website belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from those owners. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA Policy.

12. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Legal requirements relating to media access differ between countries and regions, and it is your responsibility to understand those that apply to you.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription term. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Privacy, governing law and severability

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and nothing here limits mandatory consumer protection rights available where you live. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in full force.

Questions about these terms go to [LEGAL-EMAIL]. For support, plans or setup, use our contact page.
