- Make sure the TV is connected to the internet and signed in to your LG account.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro and install it.
- Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter any name you like, then the username, password and server URL we send you — exactly as written.
- Tap Add User. Live TV, films, series and the guide load on their own.
Common LG problems and fixes
Can’t find the app: search the LG Content Store by name. If it isn’t offered for your model, try another Xtream-compatible player, or add a Firestick.
Picture stutters in 4K: check your speed — 4K needs about 25 Mbps per stream. Connect with Ethernet or use the 5GHz Wi-Fi band.
App closes or freezes: on webOS, hold the power button to fully restart, or unplug the TV for a minute. Keep the TV’s software updated in Settings.
Login rejected: re-enter the server URL character by character, including http:// and the port number if there is one.
Alternative players
The credentials follow the Xtream Codes standard, so you’re never locked to one app. If the LG store options don’t suit you, a Firestick or Android TV box gives access to TiviMate and other players.
